How do I change my password?
You can amend password under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select ‘Change Password’
How can I change my contact details?
You can amend some of your details under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select the area you want to edit
Please note this will only change your details for your orders through the website, if you need to make a permanent change or require help with anything else please contact us during office hours.

How can I register to use the website?
If you are an existing Leslie R Tipping customer, your login credential will work on this website. You can recover your password if you cannot remember it.
If you are a new customer, click on 'Register' and enter your details. This will be sent to Leslie R Tipping's Ltd Head Office, your registration will then be reviewed and approved or declined.
On receipt of notification it can take up to 5 working days.
Why have I been declined?
This website is for the Funeral Trade and associated businesses only. Please contact us if you think we have made the wrong decision.
How can I amend my delivery addresses?
You can manage your address book under your Account Details:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Addresses’ on the left hand side of the page
3. Here you can add/edit/delete
Or you can add a new address at the Checkout
Why can’t I change the billing address?
The Billing Address used is the one you have on your account. If you need to change this, please contact us.

What are the different shipping options?
Shipping is calculated on order value, delivery address and whether there is a bulk item included in the order.
Why is Shipping Estimated?
We estimate the shipping charge based on products in your cart. When your order is packaged you will be informed of the actual shipping cost and an adjustment will be made on your invoice if necessary.
How do I pay?
If you have bought from us before we will invoice you as usual, if you are a new customer, we will be in touch to take payment.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order has been processed by the Sales Team, your order will be delivered within 72 hours
What else do I need to know about shipping?
The cut off time for your order to be received and processed is 16:30
Shopping help
The product is out of stock, what happens now?
You can select to be notified when the product is back in stock.
On receipt of notification that you want the product we will order it for you and advise you when it’s back in stock for you to order.
